You will maintain material handling equipment and warehouse facilities, performing diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs to keep equipment moving. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical repair, specifically with material handling equipment (Crown, Raymond, Hyster, or Yale experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, 24V/36V/48V electrical systems, and diagnostic software.
• Ability to pivot from equipment repair to facility-wide maintenance projects as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to SO lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and a desire to support the operational team through reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Repair: Perform diagnostic tests, preventative maintenance, and complex repairs on electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts.
• Battery & Electrical Management: Manage battery watering programs, charger troubleshooting, and electrical component replacements.
• Facility Maintenance: Handle general building repairs, including basic dock plate maintenance, racking inspections/repairs, lighting, and minor plumbing or carpentry tasks.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all equipment meets OSHA standards and document all services performed to maintain accurate fleet records.
• Parts Management: Monitor inventory for common wear-and-tear parts to minimize equipment downtime.

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our new distribution center in Newmanstown Pa. This role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring our material handling equipment and warehouse facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in “servant leadership” through technical support keeping our team safe and our equipment moving.

Key Responsibilities
