Pine Bush Equine Service + Veterinary Hospital in the Hudson Valley of New York is seeking an entrepreneurial Equine Surgeon to join a busy, well-established practice performing 250+ elective surgeries annually. You will collaborate with experienced clinicians, mentor team members, and help expand our surgical services.

The ideal candidate is board certified in large animal surgery or residency trained, passionate about equine care, and eager to grow with our growing program.

Pine Bush Equine Service + Veterinary Hospital is growing, and we're looking for an entrepreneurial Equine Surgeon to join our highly respected team in the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a busy, well-established practice performing more than 250 elective surgeries annually, with plans to develop new service lines and expand emergency surgical services. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians who value collaboration, mentorship, and high-quality medicine while helping shape the future of our surgical program.

Whether your interests lie in sports medicine, lameness, soft tissue surgery, orthopedics, or minimally invasive procedures, you'll have the support, caseload, and facilities to continue developing your skills and professional interests. Compensation, Bonus Eligibility And Benefits

• The expected salary/hourly range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. The final compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
• Production bonus-eligible based on collections and eligibility criteria.
