Job summary

National Veterinary Associates seeks a board-certified large animal/equine surgeon for a busy Northeast practice with >250 elective surgeries annually and plans to expand surgical services.

You will collaborate with experienced clinicians, mentor colleagues, and help shape the future of our equine surgical program, with opportunities across sports medicine, orthopedics, and minimally invasive procedures.

Qualifications

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a busy, well-established practice performing more than 250 elective surgeries annually, with plans to develop new service lines and expand emergency surgical services. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians who value collaboration, mentorship, and high-quality medicine while helping shape the future of our surgical program.

Whether your interests lie in sports medicine, lameness, soft tissue surgery, orthopedics, or minimally invasive procedures, you'll have the support, caseload, and facilities to continue developing your skills and professional interests. Compensation, Bonus Eligibility and Benefits

• The expected salary/hourly range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. The final compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
• Production bonus-eligible based on collections and eligibility criteria.
