Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field required.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field preferred.
• Certification required or actively working toward CEALS certification.
• CEALS or related certification required OR must obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Attend team meetings and inform supervisor and staff of patient progress.
• Provide documentation of clinical course in approved format.
• Conduct groups and therapeutic activities as assigned by supervisor.
• Conduct individualized patient therapy.
• Oversee equine groups for Residential/Resolutions program patients.
• Oversee trail rides maintaining a 5:1 patient-to-staff ratio.
• Oversee safety during equine programming.
• Oversee daily operations of the Equine Program and Equestrian Center.
• Care for and feed horses.
• Participate in clinical supervision as needed.
• Complete progress notes and other required documentation promptly.
