Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work with horsemen and give directions.
• Must be physically agile and able to stand, walk, climb, reach, lift and work outside in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Load horses into the starting gates.
• Assist with scheduling and supervising schooling of horses.
• Assist with listing unruly horses and ensure they are schooled before they race again.
