Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Indiana Grand Racing & Casino in Hildebrand Village is seeking a dedicated back-of-house janitorial teammate to clean common areas, restrooms, and backside track facilities, while supporting the Equine Maintenance Department and upholding cleanliness standards.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and you must be available for various shifts, weekends, and holidays; you must also be able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing Commission License.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, janitorial or housekeeping preferred, but not required.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old and be able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing Commission License.
• Must also be available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for supporting the Equine Maintenance Department with a variety of tasks and job duties. Adheres to all Indiana Grand Racing & Casino service and operating standards. Job duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Cleaning all necessary areas for backside track
• Ensuring all cleanliness standards
• Maintaining all needs for restroom facilities
• Trash removal, etc…

Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

QUALFICATIONS

Experience in cleaning, janitorial or housekeeping preferred, but not required. Must be familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and possess good interpersonal skills. Must be at least 16 years old and be able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing Commission License. Must also be available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
