The role involves lifting legs, cleaning horses' feet, applying liniments and bandages as needed, tending to 1–5 horses at a time, and following a split shift with early and late slots; days off rotate and reliability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Attends to the overall care of horses including feeding, watering, maintenance of stalls and tack, cleaning, brushing, trimming of horses, disinfecting stalls and bedding, and administration of meds as directed.
• Lift legs, clean horses' feet, and apply liniments and bandages to legs as required.
• Care for 1-5 horses at a time.
• Follow a split shift schedule (5-11am and 3-5pm) with rotating days off.
