Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or counseling is required.
• Master's degree in social work or counseling is preferred.
• CEALS or related certification is required or pursued within 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate equine assisted therapy groups for all patients.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate equine activity plans.
• Maintain schedule of arena and trail rides.
• Oversee safety during equine programming and daily operations.
• Complete progress notes and related clinical documentation promptly.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field

CEALS or related certification

CEALS certification in progress / required within 6 months
