Camp Widjiwagan of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee is hiring an enthusiastic Equestrian Lesson Instructor for a part-time summer 2026 role. You’ll teach riding lessons, guide trail rides, and care for horses and facilities while modeling the YMCA core values.
Shifts typically run Sundays to Fridays, mornings and/or evenings. Pay starts at $17 per hour with a minimum age of 18, and CPR/First Aid/AED certifications will be provided before your first shift.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll teach beginner and intermediate riding lessons, guide trail rides, and maintain proper care for our horses and facilities. From fostering a love for riding to building relationships with participants, you’ll model the YMCA core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility every step of the way.
What You Bring:
Certifications Required: We’ll help you get CPR/First Aid/AED certified before your first shift.
