The University of Maine at Augusta is seeking a candidate to provide logistical support and coordination for large multi-institutional EPSCoR projects. This position involves facilitating team management, project planning, and developing strategies to enhance STEM education.

This position provides logistical support and coordination, team facilitation, and participation in the planning, management, and reporting for large (>$1M) multi-institutional, collaborative EPSCoR projects. The work includes the development, use, and analysis of various systems and platforms to ensure successful project outcomes and effective collaborations across participants. Given EPSCoR grants include significant workforce development components, the position will also develop and implement strategies for enhancing related Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education and workforce development at the K-12, community college, undergraduate, and graduate levels.
Typical hiring range for this soft‑money funded position is $55,000 to $65,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
