Lakeshore Concrete Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated technician to join our growing team in Michigan. You will assist with surface preparation, polishing concrete, installing epoxy/resinous coatings, and ensuring projects meet our high quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs while maintaining safety on site. Will train the right candidate in flooring and coating applications.

• Experience in flooring or related trades preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
