The division is actively hiring an Epoxy Flooring Foreperson to lead field crews and ensure high quality results.

The role requires travel, availability for overnights and weekends, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane flooring experience required.
• Must be willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours.
