The successful candidate for Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman opportunities will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with integrity, and have a strong work ethic and competitive drive.

Qualifications

• Concrete polishing, epoxy/urethane flooring experience.
• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Able to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours.
