We are hiring Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman positions with opportunities for advancement.

Pay ranges from $21–$31 per hour, with an hourly bonus program, health, life, and 401(k) benefits, ESOP, paid vacation and holidays, and company truck for foremen.

Qualifications

• Experience with polished concrete, epoxy and urethane flooring systems.
• Ability to travel and stay out of town as required.
• Willingness to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and respirator medical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours and maintain records.
