• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and follow build specs, safety data sheets (SDS), and digital instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Assist teammates with setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Use PPE and tools correctly and follow all safety guidelines.

Position Description

As an Epoxy/Paint Operator at LayerZero Power Systems, you will be responsible for the preparation, coating, and finishing of metal components and enclosures used in high-performance power distribution systems. Your work will directly contribute to the durability, safety, and appearance of mission‑critical equipment.

Primary Duties

• Prepare parts by masking, cleaning, sanding, and bead blasting
• Apply epoxy or paint using proper mixing ratios and techniques
• Operate dispensing and paint line equipment safely and accurately
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
