Diverzify+ is seeking an Installer to perform epoxy flooring and polishing work on commercial and industrial projects in the Coppell area. You will be part of a larger field crew delivering high-quality installations according to client specs.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficiency, with responsibilities across surface preparation, material installation, and post-installation care. Weekend availability and travel may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to report to job sites.
• Ability to work as part of a team and learn from experienced crew members.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks safely and accurately.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Available to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess work sites to determine issues and make recommendations.
• Prepare surfaces by removing old hardware.
• Use hand and power tools to install flooring materials as per specifications.
• Work with other installers while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Inspect finished work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Advise clients on care and maintenance of installed products.
• Address small carpentry and trim-related issues as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess work sites to determine possible issues and make recommendations accordingly.
• Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old hardware like screws and bolts.
• Use hand and power tools to install flooring materials according to client specifications.
• Work alongside other installers while emphasizing safety and efficient use of time and materials.
• Inspect finished work to ensure customer satisfaction and the highest possible standards of work.
• Advise clients on proper care and maintenance of products after the completion of installation projects.
• Ability to address small carpentry and trim-related issues including planning door bottoms.

• Reliable transportation to report to assigned job sites or designated meeting locations as scheduled.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and effectively support and learn from experienced crew members.
• Ability to follow instructions and accept direction from supervisors to complete assigned job tasks safely and accurately.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.

Preferred Qualifications

• Epoxy Flooring Experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.
