QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring for epoxy and concrete flooring crews and foremen in Hebron, KY. This full-time role includes polishing, epoxy and urethane flooring installation, and safe operation of heavy prep and polishing equipment.

We offer $21–$31 per hour plus hourly bonuses, ESOP ownership, paid certifications, comprehensive benefits, paid vacation, holidays, and a company truck/phone for foremen. Travel flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete polishing, epoxy, or urethane flooring is valuable.
• Drive: high integrity, strong work ethic, competitive spirit.
• Flexibility: willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install premium polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring.
• Operate heavy-duty prep and polishing equipment safely.
• Work with your crew to meet daily production targets.
• Keep safety as the #1 priority on every job site.
