Job summary

QuestMark, the nation’s largest self-performing flooring contractor and a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring for Epoxy & Concrete Flooring crews and Foremen in West Chicago, IL. This full-time role offers strong growth, ESOP participation, and competitive pay from $21 to $31 per hour plus bonuses.

You will install premium polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and other hard surfaces, safely operate heavy prep and polishing equipment, and help the crew meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete polishing, epoxy, or urethane flooring is valued.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and competitive drive.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and other hard surface flooring.
• Operate heavy-duty prep and polishing equipment safely.
• Collaborate with crew to hit daily production targets.
• Maintain safety as the top priority on every job site.
