Qualifications

• Experience in concrete polishing or epoxy/urethane flooring is valued.
• Willingness to travel may be required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Install premium polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring.
• Operate heavy-duty prep and polishing equipment safely.
• Work with crew to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain safety as a top priority on each job site
