Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to help clients design and implement finance and reporting solutions. You will lead project teams, shape architecture, and translate business needs into actionable technology deliverables across forecasting, planning, budgeting and consolidation.

You'll collaborate with clients on complex challenges, mentor junior consultants, and drive delivery quality while maintaining strong relationships. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in areas such as master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions.
• Experience in solution architecture and design for EPM environments.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
