EY is seeking a Manager in Solution Architecture within our Enterprise Performance Management practice. You will guide clients through forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting transformations, leading engagement teams and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

You will advise on EPM tool strategy, drive process improvements, and mentor junior consultants across multiple client projects. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage risk, and help grow EY's advisory services while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience in complex consultative services.
Experience with modern EPM solutions: Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion, OneStream, PBCS/ePBCS.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and commercial acumen.
Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagement teams and deliver professional services across diverse clients.
Drive business development on strategic and global priority accounts.
Oversee delivery of technology solutions with emphasis on quality, risk management, and governance.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.
