Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to bridge complex business problems and technical solutions. You will guide architecture, requirements, and translations of needs into effective designs for clients.

You will manage project teams, drive delivery of finance solutions, and contribute to strategic business development across global accounts. A strong EPM background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years relevant experience.
• Experience in complex consultative services in EPM focus areas (e.g. master data, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI).
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, OneStream).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of translating business challenges into value-add solutions.
