Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to guide clients through complex forecasting, budgeting and consolidation processes. You will define solution architectures and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end EPM implementations for diverse client engagements.

You will work with cutting-edge EPM tools, drive business development, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring alignment with client business outcomes and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years relevant experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in focus areas like master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and coordinate with clients to deliver finance solutions.
• Lead business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
• Oversee effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management.
• Drive continuous process improvement and identify innovative EPM solutions.
• Guide architecture and implementation of EPM tools and finance processes.
