Job summary

aKube in Burbank, CA is seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Functional Lead for a 2-year engagement. You will support Oracle EPM (PCM/EPBCS/EDMCS), FP&A planning, GA reporting, and related finance processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include incident management, triage of requests, gathering requirements, translating them into functional designs, applying enhancements, and coordinating with IT and Finance teams; ServiceNow workflows are part of daily work. Independence is required.

Qualifications

• Must have functional Oracle EPM experience and PCM knowledge.
• Strong FP&A planning, G&A reporting, and finance process understanding.
• Experience with ServiceNow-based requests and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and support requests for corporate EPM apps.
• Triage incoming business requests and issues.
• Identify root causes and coordinate with technical teams.
• Gather, document, and prioritize FP&A and G&A requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional design specifications.
• Manage enhancement requests through to completion.
• Support Oracle Planning/EPBCS, PCM, EDMCS functionality.
• Troubleshoot data, metadata, and security issues.
• Handle access provisioning and periodic reviews.
• Create design docs, traceability, test scripts, and UAT materials.
• Deliver Finance user training and job aids; conduct sessions.
• Partner with Finance workstreams on EPM changes.
