Role: Sr. Oracle EPM Consultant – FCCS + EPBCS (Planning)

Location: San Ramon, CA (Local candidates preferred)

Type: AMS (Application Managed Services)

We are looking for a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) and EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), with approximately 70% focus on Planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting AMS activities, managing client interactions, and leading the EPM track effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Oracle EPM FCCS and EPBCS applications within AMS engagements.
• Lead discussions with business users to gather requirements and provide functional and technical solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end activities for month‑end close, consolidations, and planning cycles.
• Perform issue resolution, change management, and configuration updates.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and ensure timely delivery of AMS support requests.
• Act as a senior point of contact for client communication and track leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle EPM solutions.
• Strong hands‑on experience with FCCS and EPBCS Planning (preferably 70% Planning focus).
• Experience in AMS (Application Managed Services) engagements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage client discussions independently.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders in a global environment.
• Local candidates to San Ramon, CA (SFO area) preferred.
