The role will shape regional strategy, drive sales execution, and foster a patient-centered culture within the Epilepsy and Movement Disorders unit. The position requires extensive biotech/pharma sales leadership experience, epilepsy domain expertise, and a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in biotech/pharma sales and leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years leading sales teams with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Minimum of 6 years in epilepsy leadership.
• Experience with local and national patient advocacy groups.
• Rare disease and/or Epilepsy experience required.
• Proven product launches experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and develops Neurology Account Managers and Care System Liaison teams.
• Leads local market sales planning and execution across product life cycle.
• Fosters a patient-driven, values-based culture and agile leadership.
• Analyzes sales data and CRM reports to inform strategic plans.
• Collaborates with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to achieve objectives.
• Travels up to 75% for regional and national meetings and events.
