Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience.
• Florida RN license or compact RN license required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-surgical tests and epilepsy surgery workflow with neurosurgeon and epileptologists.
• Schedule clinic visits and pre-operative studies for epilepsy patients.
• Respond to patient calls and explain treatment regimens after physician discussion.
• Collaborate with physicians, APRN/PA and nursing staff to coordinate care.
• Develop education materials and standards of care for the epilepsy program.
• Contribute to data collection for research and USNWR reporting.
