Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Epilepsy program seeks a board-certified neurologist with epilepsy fellowship training to join as Assistant Professor. You will contribute to patient care, teaching, and collaborative research in a nationally recognized academic medical center.

Responsibilities include clinical leadership in epilepsy, medical student and resident education, and the development of independent or collaborative research initiatives within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent required.
• Board certification in Neurology preferred; fellowship in Epilepsy strongly preferred.
• Experience in academic medical centers and teaching is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care within the MUSC Epilepsy Program
• Educate and mentor medical students, neurology residents, and epilepsy fellows
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered epilepsy care
• Engage in scholarly activity and develop research programs
