Syneos Health is seeking a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead scientific oversight of immunology clinical trials. You will supervise study design, analyses, and reporting, while guiding proposals and global opportunities.

This role emphasizes epidemiology expertise, leadership, and collaboration with sponsors and investigators. You will develop training on study designs, oversee start-up and ongoing management, and contribute to manuscripts and abstracts for industry

Qualifications

• Requires graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Masters preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late phase designs.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R, or Python for analyses; strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serves as scientific resource for RWLP management and company senior management.
• Helps to lead development and delivery of proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Provides scientific oversight of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and satisfaction.
• Oversees study start-up and management; develops protocol, CRFs, analysis plans, and reports.
• Facilitates scientific advisory boards and produces manuscripts or abstracts.
• Develops trainings on epidemiologic designs and guidelines for RWLP/Company.
• Improves non-traditional site management tasks and RWLP SOPs and technology solutions.
• Works to develop collaborations with sponsors and thought-leaders; growth opportunities.
• Develops abstracts and leads authorship of articles in industry journals.
