Job summary

State of West Virginia seeks an Epidemiologist for the Family Planning Program to manage data surveillance, analysis, and reporting across the statewide network. The role designs surveys, processes data requests, and presents findings at local, state, and national levels.

Responsibilities include program evaluation, QA of data submissions, training clinics on FPEDS, and supporting grant deliverables to improve reproductive health services statewide.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's with epidemiology and biostatistics coursework or published work.
• Two courses in epidemiology and one in biostatistics, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage data surveillance, analysis, evaluation and reporting for statewide Family Planning Program.
• Process data requests, design surveys and instruments, present data locally and nationally.
• Provide TA, training, and ensure data submission and quality for FPARS/FPEDS.
• Track program data, identify priority populations, and support grant deliverables.
