Job summary

Adastra is seeking an Epicor Kinetic Developer to join our internal IT team in Illinois. You will develop, customize, and support Epicor Kinetic solutions, translating business requirements into reliable technical outcomes.

You will work with the Epicor Kinetic Cloud environment, collaborating with peers to manage tickets, optimize ERP processes, and implement integrations and automation while maintaining documentation and change-management practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic development and customization.
• Experience working with an Epicor Kinetic environment in a development or support capacity.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative development team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to understand business requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work through a high-volume support/development environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and customize solutions within Epicor Kinetic.
• Work through development and support tickets, troubleshooting issues and delivering timely solutions.
• Collaborate with the existing Epicor development team on customizations and enhancements.
• Support ongoing optimization of the Epicor Kinetic Cloud environment.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions within Epicor.
• Assist with integrations, automation, reporting, and other ERP-related development initiatives.
• Participate in technical discussions and project meetings with IT and business stakeholders.
