Job summary

Tramec Sloan in Holland, Michigan seeks an Epicor ERP Systems Analyst to support and optimize the Epicor Kinetic ERP system across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and finance. You will serve as the primary technical resource, develop reporting solutions, and drive ERP enhancements while collaborating with multiple departments.

The role emphasizes advanced user support, BAQs, dashboards, BPMs, and data quality improvements, with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) or more years supporting Epicor ERP (ERP10 and/or Kinetic).
• Manufacturing or distribution experience.
• Experience with BAQs, Dashboards, BPMs, Epicor Functions, DMT, Microsoft SQL Server, and SSRS.
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, Planning, Scheduling, BOMs, Routings, and MRP.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional and technical resource for Epicor Kinetic.
• Support Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales Order Management, Planning, Shipping, Engineering, Quality, and Financial modules.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements utilizing Epicor functionality.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Epicor solutions.
• Configure Epicor functionality.
• Develop and maintain BAQs, Dashboards, BPMs, Epicor Functions, SSRS Reports, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Support Kinetic Application Studio customization.
• Perform data imports using Epicor DMT.
• Support REST API integrations.
• Coordinate testing, upgrades, patches, deployments, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop documentation and conduct end-user training.
• Support multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Provide advanced application support and promote continuous improvement.
