Job summary

Tramec Sloan in Holland, Michigan is seeking an Epicor ERP Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and improve the Epicor Kinetic ERP system. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service to optimize processes, improve data quality, and deliver reporting solutions.

The role requires 5+ years with Epicor ERP (ERP10 or Kinetic) in a manufacturing/distribution setting, plus strong SQL/SSRS, BAQs, Dashboards, and API experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting Epicor ERP (ERP10 and/or Kinetic).
• Manufacturing or distribution experience.
• Experience with BAQs, Dashboards, BPMs, Epicor Functions, DMT, SQL Server, and SSRS.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, Planning, Scheduling, BOMs, Routings, and MRP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional and technical resource for Epicor Kinetic.
• Support Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales Order Management, Planning, Shipping, Engineering, Quality, and Financial modules.
• Analyze business processes and recommend Epicor improvements.
• Gather requirements and translate to Epicor solutions.
• Configure Epicor functionality and develop BAQs, Dashboards, BPMs, and reports.
• Support REST API integrations and Epicor DMT data imports.
• Coordinate testing, upgrades, patches, deployments, and UAT.
• Develop documentation and conduct end-user training.
• Support multi-site manufacturing operations and ongoing process improvement.
