Job summary

Tramec Sloan in Holland, Michigan is seeking an Epicor ERP Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance the Epicor Kinetic ERP system. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service to optimize processes, improve data quality, and implement ERP enhancements.

The role requires strong technical and functional Epicor expertise, data reporting, and process improvement capabilities, with focus on end-user training and cross-department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) or more years supporting Epicor ERP (ERP10 and/or Kinetic).
• Manufacturing or distribution experience.
• Experience with BAQs, Dashboards, BPMs, Epicor Functions, DMT, Microsoft SQL Server, and SSRS.
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, Planning, Scheduling, BOMs, Routings, and MRP.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional and technical resource for Epicor Kinetic.
• Support Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales Order Management, Planning, Shipping, Engineering, Quality, and Financial modules.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements utilizing Epicor functionality.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Epicor solutions.
• Configure Epicor functionality.
• Develop and maintain BAQs, Dashboards, BPMs, Epicor Functions, SSRS Reports, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Support Kinetic Application Studio customizations.
• Perform data imports using Epicor DMT.
• Support REST API integrations.
• Coordinate testing, upgrades, patches, deployments, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop documentation and conduct end-user training.
• Support multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Provide advanced application support and promote continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
