Job summary

Signia is seeking an ERP Support Specialist to maintain and enhance the Epicor Kinetic SaaS ERP environment. You will diagnose moderately complex issues, support deployments, and train users across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Finance.

You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to optimize processes while ensuring compatibility with Epicor SaaS updates. Excellent communication and collaboration across functions are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of ERP support experience.
• Works under general supervision.
• Programming or software development experience preferred, particularly APIs, system integrations and ERP-related development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve moderately complex ERP system issues.
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Provide technical training and guidance to ERP users.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to resolve system issues.
• Analyze recurring problems and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain ERP documentation and troubleshooting resources.
