Job summary

Rubbercraft is seeking an IT Manager to lead the Epicor ERP implementation and then oversee ongoing IT operations, Epicor administration, BI reporting, and continuous process improvements. You will work with executives to modernize systems, improve efficiency, and deliver data-driven insights across manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP implementation and/or ERP administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Epicor ERP implementation across the organization.
• Develop and manage the project roadmap, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, and Epicor implementation partners.
• Manage testing, data migration, cutover planning, go-live, and stabilization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead change management, user training, and adoption initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs using Epicor BAQs, SQL, SSRS, Power BI.
• Create self-service reporting and automate recurring reports for users.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across departments.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, vendor management, and IT strategy.
