Job summary

Watts in Menomonee Falls, WI seeks an experienced ERP Software Analyst to manage subsystems within the Epicor ERP and integrate third-party systems. Hybrid work arrangement with three days in-office and two remote days weekly.

You will analyze, design, and build new apps, write and test code, update existing software, and ensure IT standards are met. A strong background in Epicor Kinetic and SQL/.NET is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• Six or more years of Information Technology experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience/education with the Epicor Kinetic development tool set including BPM, BAQ/UBAQ, Client Customizations, Functions, Application Studio, DMT and Dashboards; ERP implementations or Kinetic upgrades.
• 3–5 years’ experience/education with SQL, C#/.Net/LINQ, Report Builder, SSMS, SSRS, SQL Query/Views/Procedures, Rest API’s, and Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and repair functional and technical software problems tied to ERP subsystems and bolt-on integrations.
• Develop, design, implement, operate, deliver and service ERP and integrated software systems.
• Interact with content managers to update existing apps and create new ones.
• Write code and test new applications to ensure business functionality.
• Document procedures and operation methods.
• Design and maintain databases to support business needs.
• Prepare test data and run unit and system tests for development.
• Analyze program performance during testing.
• Train users on new system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards.
