Job summary

Adastra Resource Group is seeking an IT Manager to own and optimize the Epicor Eclipse environment in a full-time onsite role in the USA. You will lead ERP operations, develop SQL-based reports, and drive digital transformation including cloud migration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT/ERP experience in manufacturing settings, strong SQL skills, and hands-on infrastructure and security know-how. This is a direct-hire, onsite position with immediate start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT/ERP roles with manufacturing ERPs.
• Strong SQL reporting and database management experience.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure, security, and enterprise systems.
• Cloud migration experience and ability to lead cloud projects.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and optimization of the Epicor Eclipse environment, including cloud transition support.
• Develop SQL-based reports and dashboards for sales, purchasing, and accounting visibility.
• Lead day-to-day IT/ERP operations and coordinate support activities.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation to streamline workflows and reduce manual workarounds.
• Oversee core IT functions including data management, security, and networking coordination.
