Job summary

Washington Frank International is seeking an experienced ERP Technical Consultant with strong Epicor Kinetic expertise for remote, full-time work with diverse clients. You will deploy, support, customize, and optimize Epicor ERP environments, solving complex technical challenges and delivering client-focused ERP solutions.

You will design custom solutions, create BAQs, reports, BPMs, and integrations while maintaining infrastructure and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience supporting or administering Epicor ERP.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic deployments, upgrades, and system administration.
• Strong L3+ troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing infrastructure, including: Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Networking.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience documenting work and managing billable time.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Epicor Kinetic deployments, upgrades, migrations, and system maintenance.
• Provide advanced (L3+) technical support by diagnosing and resolving complex Epicor issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
• Stay current with Epicor releases, updates, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients and project teams.

In this role, you'll work with a variety of clients to deploy, support, customize, and optimize Epicor ERP environments. What You'll Do

As an ERP Technical Consultant, you'll be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Epicor Kinetic environments while ensuring system performance, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Epicor Kinetic deployments, upgrades, migrations, and system maintenance.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and troubleshooting resources.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting or administering Epicor ERP.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic deployments, upgrades, and system administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Epicor certifications.
• Microsoft and/or Azure certifications.
• Experience with both cloud and on-premises Epicor Kinetic environments.
• Experience supporting legacy Epicor versions (Vantage, Vista, ERP, ERP 10).
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience developing Epicor customizations, scripting, and integrations.
• Familiarity with other ERP platforms is a plus.
