PeerSource is currently recruiting for an Epicor ERP Administrator on a Direct Hire basis. This role is based out of the northern Lexington, KY metro area.
Summary
We are seeking an Epicor Administrator to own the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of a manufacturing ERP environment. This hands‑on role will partner closely with manufacturing, operations, and finance teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize business processes, and ensure ERP data and integrations effectively support the organization. The position offers an opportunity to expand over time into broader ERP and business systems leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day administration, performance, support, and reliability of the Epicor ERP environment, including upgrades and patches.
- Partner with manufacturing, operations, and finance teams to understand workflows, investigate issues, and identify practical system and process improvements.
- Maintain data integrity across inventory, bills of materials (BOMs), costing, and other critical manufacturing data.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, BAQs, and BPMs using technologies including SQL Server and C#.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Epicor and MES, EDI, shipping platforms, and DocStar document management systems.
- Administer user roles, security, permissions, and system access while leading troubleshooting and root cause resolution for ERP issues.
- Develop training resources and provide hands‑on support to improve user adoption and effective use of the ERP platform.
- Proactively gather feedback, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and take ownership of ERP initiatives, system enhancements, and cross‑functional process improvements.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of ERP experience, including strong hands‑on Epicor experience (Kinetic preferred but not required).
- Experience with SQL Server and reporting tools (SSRS experience preferred).
- Experience developing or supporting solutions using C# and .NET.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP concepts, including MRP, inventory, production, BOMs, and costing.
- Demonstrated ability to independently investigate complex issues, determine root causes, manage competing priorities, and drive solutions in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders, including spending time with manufacturing teams on the production floor to understand and resolve operational challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Interest and ability to grow into broader ERP strategy, project leadership, and business systems ownership is desired.
