Job summary

InnovAge Holding Corp. is seeking an IT Application Analyst III to manage medium complexity projects and collaborate with team members on analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of applications used within InnovAge entities.

The role supports design, configuration, testing and changes, including system administration functions, with a focus on Epic applications and healthcare workflows. You will need strong communication and organizational skills to work across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a healthcare setting, physician practice or hospital.
• 5+ years Epic Application configuration/design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health/science/business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of new and existing application systems.
• Collaborates with user community to resolve technical problems and performance issues.
• Designs, tests, and supports files/systems within assigned products under supervision.
• Develops estimates and tracks time spent on tasks.
• Maintains build documentation and adherence to naming, change control, and environment standards.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and supports workflow/ data analysis.
