Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in‑person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users, while guiding staff through Epic transitions. You will design training materials and scenarios, deliver sessions, and work in close teams to create workflow‑based content that makes the software easier to use.

The role involves travel 25–60% of days, relocation to Madison, WI area with reimbursement, and vaccination requirements. You will be the primary contact and help staff save lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days, with 1–2 trips per month lasting 2–4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in‑person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users plus staff.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience with Epic.
• Involve the training process from design to delivery, developing materials and scenarios.
• Collaborate with organizations to design workflow‑based training content and improve usability.
• Contribute to instructional design, content development, and training delivery.
