Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a healthcare-related field.
• 3-5 years of healthcare training experience with 2+ years leading Epic training.
• Epic Principal Trainer credentialing is required.
• Epic Training Environment Build (TEB) certification or module expertise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Epic training strategy and timeline.
• Build and maintain the Epic training environment (MST) with the technical team.
• Design role-based training for LRHC workflows (behavioral health, dental, sliding fee scale).
• Create e-learning, quick-reference guides, and competency assessments.
• Map current workflows to future Epic practices with clinical/operational leaders.
• Incorporate HRSA compliance and UDS data capture into end-user training.
