Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment Team Lead

Our client based in the CT zone is looking to hire an Epic Sr Ambulatory Analyst to join their team for a full-time and fully remote opportunity. They seek someone with over 5 years of experience who can mentor other analysts.

Team Size: 12 Ambulatory Analysts (most have 4 years of Epic experience). Epic was implemented 4 years ago.

Projects: implementing Welcome and another population health solution this year; implemented Willow last year.

They have gaps around Wisdom, Reporting Workbench, and working with third-party vendors. Experience in these areas is a bonus but not required.

They will lead projects under 8 weeks; longer projects will have a project manager. Quarterly upgrades are performed.

The focus is on primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral health, and dental.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Epic Ambulatory Certified with 5+ years of experience
• Experience with Wisdom, Reporting Workbench, and third-party vendors is a plus
• Strong build and project experience with tools like smarttools, rules, flowsheets, navigator, procedures, departments, orders, order transmittal, security, etc.
• Strong third-party integration experience and ability to manage projects independently

Logistics:

• Remote position; occasional travel once or twice a year, with travel costs covered and advance notice.
• States they cannot work with: CA and NY.
