Job summary

Staffing Solutions Enterprises seeks an Epic Senior Application Analyst to design, configure, test, and implement Epic Hospital Billing Claims & Remittance solutions. This role is fully remote and directs upgrade projects with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor analysts, gather requirements, and develop secure, compliant workflows while supporting 24/7 on-call rotations. A strong Epic certification is required.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on Epic applications experience.
Epic Hospital Billing Claims & Remittance Certification required.
Ability to lead system upgrades and manage complex project lifecycles.
Strong analytical skills to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
Experience developing security protocols, testing scripts, and documentation.
Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement and training.
Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, test, and implement Epic system applications.
Lead Epic upgrades and troubleshoot interfaces.
Mentor fellow analysts and support teammates.
Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to develop workflows.
Produce comprehensive documentation, policies, and training materials.
