Providence St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group in Orange, CA seeks an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee multiple studies, with 2+ years in hands-on clinical research, direct patient interaction, and strong Epic experience.

You will coordinate with physicians, sponsors, and IRBs to ensure GCP/ICH compliance. The role involves patient recruitment, informed consent, data entry into EDC systems, sample handling, and accurate study documentation, with a potential hybrid work

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hands-on clinical research experience with direct patient interaction.
• Experience coordinating multiple clinical studies and with physicians, sponsors, and IRBs.
• Must have Epic experience and strong communication/organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for multiple clinical research studies.
• Recruit, enroll, and retain study participants and obtain informed consent.
• Educate patients about trial requirements and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Schedule patient visits, labs, vitals, and EKGs; maintain accurate study records.
