Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager IT - Epic Revenue Cycle to lead complex Epic initiatives across affiliated Community Connect groups. You will oversee project readiness, adoption, stabilization, and long-term financial success, working with executive sponsors and a broad IT, clinical, and operations team.

The role requires strong governance, change management, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment, with remote capabilities based in Colorado

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Epic certification in revenue cycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Epic revenue cycle implementation, optimization, and readiness initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate readiness activities across Prelude, Cadence, HIM, Professional Billing, Claims, Revenue Integrity, Charging, and related workflows.
• Serve as primary liaison between affiliate leadership, operations, IT, Epic representatives, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate governance meetings, workgroups, and executive steering committees.
• Manage vendor onboarding, Epic access requests, integration readiness, testing coordination, and deployment planning.
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Support change management, communications, training readiness, and stabilization activities.
