Job summary

Lancesoft INC is seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Operations Manager to lead Epic SBO functions. Based in Dover, DE, this full-time role directs staff across patient billing, cash application, and related treasury activities to ensure accurate payments and compliant processes.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, setting goals with the leadership group, delivering performance reports, and improving cash posting, reconciliation, and patient financial counseling.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor Degree; Business; In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, will accept a High School Diploma or GED with eight (8) years of Revenue Cycle Progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the assigned team and team members engaged in the department.
• Provides a goal-oriented work environment, establishing clear procedures and objectives.
• Complete monthly rounding on direct reports and maintain reports to facilitate communication.
• Reviews quality assurance results and provides education/training to address opportunities.
• Career development and succession planning for staff, identifies top performers.
• Manage Billing Support functions including oversight of collections and financial counseling.
• Oversee Cash Application functions and revenue processing for payors and entities.
• Prepare performance reports to monitor effectiveness and action plans when needed.
• Assess system change requests and validate impact on processes under control.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with laws and plans.
• Conduct periodic meetings to maintain efficient operation.
• Participate in meetings and committees; represent the department as needed.
• Other duties within scope and range of responsibilities.
