The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of Revenue Cycle implementations, ensuring optimized workflows and financial performance. This role requires extensive travel and excellent leadership skills to manage projects and mentor teams. A bachelor's degree and significant experience with electronic medical records is required. Qualifications

• Six or more years of applicable work experience required.
• Minimum five years of experience working with electronic medical records required.
• Experience leading an Epic implementation required.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle implementations.
• Lead and mentor Revenue Cycle application analysts.
• Drive alignment of workflows to support billing accuracy.
• Ensure successful delivery of all milestones.
