Qualifications

• Epic Prelude and Cadence certification preferred.
• Strong experience supporting Patient Access and Revenue Cycle functions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support end users and provide consultative guidance on system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic patient access and revenue cycle workflows (scheduling, registration, referrals).
• Serve as primary application resource for assigned Epic modules.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze workflows and identify process improvements.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
